I have called Rogers plumbing out twice to my house and both times they have done a phenomenal job. I especially appreciated the honest assessment of what was wrong and what my options were by the technician. Also thought it was really cool that it was the same guy both times (2 years apart). Tells me that it's a good place to work since he's been there for a bit, and it builds trust with me as the customer.

Marcus was extremely kind, professional, knowledgeable, thorough and dedicated to ensuring my issue was resolved during his service visit. He stayed (late) until everything was accomplished. He was calm through what seemed like was going to be a big, messy emergency, and explained what was going on with my plumbing issue, step by step. Always a great experience working with Jim. I’ve had to call Roger’s multiple times for different issues in our house and they(Jim) has always been very professional, caring and reliable.
