For all of us here at Roger’s Plumbing, it’s tough to beat what happened recently when a customer jumped on the Facebook group for their neighborhood and raved about the job we did in exceeding her expectations while fixing a plumbing issue in her home. That’s the best kind of surprise you can get as a business since great word-of-mouth endorsements are about as valuable as gold. I made sure to go on Facebook and let her know that we love to serve our customers in the best way possible and that we appreciate it when people take the time to spread the word, especially on a closed Facebook group where everyone knows trusts each other.

Another piece of feedback we got that stands out and was kind of a fun surprise came from a couple that had just moved into their home and had called us to come and install slow-close toilet seats. They let us know that to them, they were one of the best inventions ever. I got a good laugh out of hearing that one, and was happy they were pleased with our service.
